Prevue™ Assessment
The Prevue™ Assessment increases the efficiency and success of the hiring process by establishing position benchmarks against which qualified candidates are evaluated. It can also be used to select employees for promotion and build performance management plans. The assessment can be taken either on the web or in paper and pencil format. The Assessment tool measures 4 abilities or aptitudes, 4 motivations and interests and 12 different personality scales or behavioral dimensions. Prevue™ Corporate Coach
The Prevue™ Corporate Coach supports teambuilding and leadership development, with individual profiles of working characteristics that are used to explore differences in interpersonal communication and conflict handling, as well as work style and stress management.
Prevue Corporate Coach delivers the program in two steps. Once the assessment is taken, it is scored and analyzed and two reports are generated. Once for the "Coach or Manager" and one for his or her client/Employee. The reports are facilitated through a Brant HR Consulting Corporate Coach.

The Corporate Coach™ Assessment is an accurate, valid and reliable assessment tool that is superior to current assessment products. The assessment is from the personality and interest inventories of the ICES Plus Assessment Test, a psychometric test battery developed in the early 1990's under the direction of Dr. David Bartram, one of the world's leading psychometricians.

Sales Success Profile™
Sales Success Profile is designed to do the following:
- Identify sales strengths
- Identify skill areas, which could benefit from training
- Compare selling skills against 300,000 other sales people.
- Analyze potential employees before you hire them
- Analyze existing employees to determine their on-going training requirements
You will receive a 16 page report outlining sales ability and recommendations for training plus some training tips.
The Sales Success Profile measures selling skills, not personality. It is easy to modify selling skills or traits, however, it is difficult to change personalities. Selling skills are trainable, however it is important to recognize what level of skill your sales staff currently have and what areas need to be improved. The Sales Success Profile is a 50 question multiple choice sales skills test that measures 13 critical skills and compares the results to the scores of over 300,000 other sales people. The software report includes a graphic analysis, 7 pages of narrative reports with recommendations for training, plus page of individualized training tips to help you improve your sales force's productivity and profitability.
